By accessing our website, communicating with us regarding a purchase, or placing an order with Ecstatic Diamonds, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund / Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Ecstatic Diamonds offers fine jewelry, including ready-to-order, sourced-to-order, made-to-order, personalized, and custom jewelry.

Because many pieces are created or sourced according to individual customer requests, products, specifications, pricing, availability, production times, and purchasing procedures may vary from one order to another.

Our website is intended to provide information about Ecstatic Diamonds and our products and services. Not every product we offer is necessarily displayed or available for direct purchase through the website.

Orders may also originate through direct communications with Ecstatic Diamonds, including email, social media, messaging platforms, or other approved channels.

Orders & Acceptance

An inquiry, quote, discussion, availability confirmation, or other communication from Ecstatic Diamonds does not by itself constitute acceptance of an order.

An order is considered accepted once the applicable product specifications and price have been confirmed and any required payment, deposit, financing authorization, or other agreed requirement has been completed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Product or material unavailability;

  • Pricing or specification errors;

  • Inability to fulfill requested specifications;

  • Payment or financing issues;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

  • Shipping restrictions; or

  • Other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If Ecstatic Diamonds cancels an accepted order for reasons unrelated to a customer's breach or misconduct, any amount paid for the unfulfilled portion of the order will be handled appropriately in accordance with the applicable payment method and law.

Custom, Made-to-Order & Sourced-to-Order Jewelry

Many Ecstatic Diamonds pieces are produced, modified, configured, or sourced specifically for an individual customer.Before production or sourcing begins, customers may be asked to confirm relevant specifications, which may include:

  • Design;

  • Gold purity and color;

  • Dimensions;

  • Chain length or width;

  • Ring or bracelet size;

  • Diamond type, quantity, size, carat weight, color, clarity, or other characteristics;

  • Setting;

  • Engraving or personalization;

  • Finish; and

  • Other design or product details.

The specifications confirmed for your order govern the piece we are instructed to provide.

Customers are responsible for reviewing these specifications carefully before approving an order.

Once sourcing, procurement, customization, or production has begun, changes may not be possible. Requested changes after approval may result in additional charges, revised production times, or, where a change cannot reasonably be accommodated, may be declined.Custom, made-to-order, special-order, sourced-to-order, personalized, resized, altered, and otherwise customized merchandise is subject to the restrictions described in our Refund / Return Policy.

Inspiration Images & Custom Requests

Customers may provide photographs, screenshots, drawings, links, or other reference materials to communicate the style or characteristics they would like incorporated into a custom piece.

Reference materials are used to understand the customer's preferences and do not guarantee an exact reproduction unless particular specifications have been expressly agreed to by Ecstatic Diamonds.

Jewelry production involves materials, dimensions, craftsmanship, manufacturing methods, and other variables that may result in reasonable differences between a reference image and the finished piece.

By submitting reference material, you represent that you are permitted to provide it to us for purposes of discussing and producing your requested jewelry.

Product Information & Natural Variations

We make reasonable efforts to describe and represent our jewelry accurately.

However, photographs, videos, renderings, measurements, weights, diamond specifications, colors, proportions, and other product information may appear or vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, measurement methods, and the characteristics of natural or manufactured materials.

Unless expressly guaranteed as an exact specification for a particular order:

  • Gold and total item weights described as approximate may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances;

  • Diamond carat weights and measurements may vary within reasonable tolerances;

  • Natural diamonds and gemstones may exhibit individual characteristics and variations;

  • Hand-finished or custom pieces may exhibit minor variations consistent with their production; and

  • Product colors and appearance may differ slightly from photographs or digital renderings.

Reasonable variations of this nature do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.

Lab-Grown & Natural Diamonds

Ecstatic Diamonds offers jewelry featuring both lab-grown and natural diamonds.

The diamond type applicable to an order will be identified or confirmed as part of the product description or order specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing whether their order specifies lab-grown or natural diamonds before approving the purchase.

Where a grading report or certification from an independent laboratory such as GIA or IGI is included with a particular diamond or piece, that report is issued by the applicable independent organization and is subject to its own grading standards and practices.

Not every piece or diamond necessarily includes an independent grading report or appraisal unless expressly stated as part of the order.

Pricing & Quotations

Jewelry pricing can be affected by precious-metal markets, diamond and gemstone prices, material availability, design requirements, labor, and other factors.

Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is valid only for the period communicated with the quote and may be revised before an order is accepted.

Prices may change without notice prior to order confirmation.

Once an order has been accepted and payment requirements have been satisfied, we will honor the confirmed price except in the case of an obvious pricing, typographical, or calculation error.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, cancel and refund an affected order rather than fulfill it at an obviously erroneous price.

Payment

Payment requirements may vary depending on the type and value of an order.

We may require full payment, a deposit, financing approval, or another agreed payment arrangement before sourcing or production begins.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Financing

Ecstatic Diamonds may make third-party financing options available to eligible customers.

Financing is provided by independent third-party financing providers and is not issued or underwritten by Ecstatic Diamonds.

Eligibility, approval, credit decisions, financing amounts, payment schedules, interest or annual percentage rates, fees, late charges, and all other financing terms are determined by the applicable financing provider and are subject to that provider's terms and disclosures.Ecstatic Diamonds does not guarantee financing approval or any particular financing terms.

Using financing does not alter the specifications, production requirements, cancellation restrictions, return eligibility, or other terms applicable to your jewelry purchase.

If an eligible financed purchase is cancelled or refunded, any adjustment to your financing account will be processed through the applicable financing provider in accordance with its procedures and your agreement with that provider.

Questions regarding a financing account, payment schedule, financing charges, credit decision, or other financing-specific matter should be directed to the applicable financing provider.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect our customers and business, Ecstatic Diamonds and/or our payment or financing providers may review transactions for potential fraud or unauthorized activity.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify a customer's identity, payment authorization, shipping information, or transaction.

An order may be delayed, declined, or cancelled if required verification cannot be completed or if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or other unlawful activity.

Any personal information collected for verification purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Production Times

Production and sourcing times vary by piece.Any production or completion date provided before or during an order is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Custom work, material availability, diamond sourcing, design revisions, quality-control requirements, shipping conditions, and other circumstances may affect completion times.

If you require jewelry by a particular date, please tell us before placing the order.

We will advise whether we believe the requested timing can reasonably be accommodated.We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping, insurance, delivery, signature requirements, international shipments, duties, taxes, and related matters are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, deposits, and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund / Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In particular, custom, made-to-order, sourced-to-order, personalized, resized, altered, and other customer-specific merchandise may be final sale and subject to cancellation restrictions once sourcing, procurement, customization, or production has begun.

Please review the Refund / Return Policy before confirming an order.

Craftsmanship & Order Issues

We stand behind the materials and workmanship of the jewelry we provide as described and confirmed for the applicable order.

If you believe your item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed specifications, please contact us promptly after delivery.We may request photographs, video, documentation, or inspection of the item to evaluate the issue.

Where we determine that an item has a manufacturing defect or does not materially conform to the confirmed order specifications, we will provide an appropriate resolution consistent with our Refund / Return Policy and applicable law.

Damage or changes resulting from normal wear, accidents, improper use or care, unauthorized repairs, resizing, modification, or work performed by a third party are not considered manufacturing defects.

Care, Repairs & Third-Party Alterations

Fine jewelry requires appropriate care.Wear, scratches, dents, stretched or broken links, damaged clasps, loosened stones, plating or finish wear, and other changes may occur through ordinary use depending on the piece and how it is worn.

Ecstatic Diamonds is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage or care, or alterations, repairs, resizing, cleaning, or other work performed by parties not authorized by Ecstatic Diamonds.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

The Ecstatic Diamonds name, logo, website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other original content displayed through our website or official channels are owned by or licensed to Ecstatic Diamonds and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.You may access our website for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit, scrape, or commercially use our website or proprietary content without prior authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, images, or other materials appearing through our Services remain the property of their respective owners.

Disputes & Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute, financing dispute, or chargeback is initiated, we may provide relevant records to the payment processor, financing provider, card issuer, bank, or other institution reviewing the dispute.

These records may include order specifications and approvals, communications, invoices, payment information, sourcing or production records, photographs, shipping and delivery confirmation, applicable policies, and other information relevant to the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and its informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ecstatic Diamonds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Services.
